HOLIDAY BREAD 
3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. cooking oil
1 can (9 oz.) canned pineapple drained
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. sugar
2 c. finely grated carrots

Mix together. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour. Makes 2 small loaves.
