CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
1 whole chicken breast, cooked, boned, and shredded
2 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
3 tbsp. almonds, slivered, toasted
1/2 med. head of cabbage, finely chopped
2 tbsp. green onions, chopped
1 pkg. dry uncooked Ramen noodles, crumbled in small pieces

Mix together well in medium bowl. Pour dressing over and mix very well. Stir before serving.

DRESSING:

1/2 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. salt

Mix until all sugar and salt is dissolved. Recipe can be doubled.
