CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
1 head lettuce, cut in bite size pieces
1 pkg. cooked chicken breast, shredded
3 to 4 green onions, chopped
Roasted slivered almonds
Fried wonton skins, crumbled

DRESSING:

2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1/4 c. oil
Sesame seeds, roasted or blanched

Make dressing the night before and refrigerate. Wonton squares should be fried in a little oil in a frying pan. Turn the skins over to fry both sides until brown. Add dressing and crumbled wonton skins right before serving.
