LYNN'S LASAGNA | |
2 lb. hamburger 2 cloves garlic, pressed 2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 2 tsp. sugar 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce 9 lasagna noodles 2 c. sour cream 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 6 green onions, chopped 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese Brown hamburger with spices, drain off fat and add tomato sauce. Boil lasagna noodles in 2 quart water until done. While sauce is simmering on low, prepare cheese filling with sour cream, cream cheese and green onions. Assemble lasagna into a 9 x 13 pan, starting with 3 noodles on bottom, followed by 1/3 of the cheese mixture and 1/3 of the meat sauce. Repeat layers twice and top with shredded cheddar and Mozzarella. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
