SQUASH CASSEROLE 
3 c. raw yellow squash, diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 sm. onions, chopped
1/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. saltine crackers, crushed
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Toss cracker crumbs with butter. Set aside. Layer the remaining ingredients in greased casserole in order given. Top with crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Serves 4.
