SQUASH CASSEROLE 
7 sm. yellow summer squash
2 sm. onions, chopped
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 stick butter
1 c. milk
2 c. grated cheese
10 Saltine crackers, crumbled
1 tsp. salt

Cook squash and onions in small amount of water until tender; drain. Add to casserole dish with rest of ingredients. Mix and bake at 350 degrees until slightly brown on top.
