APPLE CRISP 
6 lg. juicy apples
1 c. flour
3/4 c. light brown sugar (firmly packed)
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 egg

Peel apples (slice or dice). Place in buttered baking dish. Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and unbeaten egg. Combine ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour mixture over apples. Pour 1/2 cup melted butter over all and sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
