APPLE CRISP 
5 or 6 c. sliced apples
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
cinnamon
1/3 c. melted butter

Place apples in bottom of greased pan. In bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and egg. Mix like a pie crust. Pour over apples, then sprinkle a little cinnamon on top. Drizzle melted butter on top.

Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.
