APPLE CRISP 
1/3 c. melted butter
4 c. thinly sliced apples
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. flour
1 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

Sprinkle lemon juice over apples. Put apples in 8 x 8 inch pan. Combine rest of ingredients to make course crumbs and sprinkle on top of apples. Bake at 325 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
