CRUNCHY APPLE CRISP 
5-6 apples sliced, granny apples
1 c plain flour
1 c sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 c butter
1/2 c nuts

Place apples in greased 8x8 pan. Sift flour and salt together. Add egg, sugar and spice together. Blend with pastry blender until crumbly like pie dough. Spread on top of apples. Drizzle with melted butter, and sprinkle with pecans.

Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes or until done.
