CRUNCHY APPLE CRISP 
4 c. sliced apples
1/4 c. orange juice
1/2 c. rolled oats
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. orange peel
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. butter

Mound apples in 8" round baking dish. Sprinkle with orange juice. Mix oats, sugars, flour, peel and spices. Cut in butter until resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over apples. Bake in 375 degree oven for 45 minutes. Serve warm. Yield: 6 servings.
