CRUNCHY APPLE CRISP 
6 c. peeled, cored and sliced cooking apples
2/3 c. quick-cooking oats
1/3 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter

Place apples in 2-quart (8x8 inch) glass baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients except butter in medium mixing bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over apples. Microwave for 12-14 minutes on HIGH.

SUBSTITUTE: 1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling for apples for 3 cups diced, fresh rhubarb and 1/3 cup sugar for apples.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
