PICKLED EGGS 
2 dozen eggs
2 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. allspice
1 bay leaf
1 tbsp. salt
1 sm. onion, chopped

Mix all ingredients together, bring to boil, let simmer 20 minutes. Strain, add 1 1/2 cups hot water, 1 tablespoon sugar and bring to boil. Pour over boiled eggs.
