LIBBY'S BIRTHDAY CAKE 
1 pkg. (2 layer size) chocolate cake mix
1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jello Chocolate Fudge Flavor Instant Pudding and
Pie Filling
1 3/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1 pkg. (12 oz.) chocolate chips

Combine cake mix, pudding mix, milk and eggs in a large bowl. Mix by hand until well blended, about 2 minutes. Add chocolate bits. Pour into a greased and floured 10 inch bundt or tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly pressed. Do not overbake. Cool 15 minutes in pan; remove from pan and finish cooling on rack.

FROSTING:

3 tbsp. butter
2 c. confectionery sugar
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt (pinch)
3 tbsp. cream
2 sq. melted chocolate
1/2 tsp. grated orange rind

Combine all ingredients in a mixer.
