BAKED SQUASH 
2 lb. zucchini
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. flour
1 lb. Jack cheese
4 eggs

Slice the squash into 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle flour over top. Mix eggs, milk, and salt well until eggs are well blended. Pour over squash and mix slightly. Top with cheese. Bake about 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until cheese is well melted and eggs and milk mixture is well done.
