TUNA - NOODLE CASSEROLE | |
8 oz. noodles 2 cans (6 1/2 oz. each) tuna, drained 1 1/2 c. sour cream (12 oz.) 1 can (16 oz.) peas, drained 3/4 c. milk 1 can (4 1/2 oz.) mushrooms, drained 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp. butter, melted Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain noodles and return to pot. Stir in tuna, sour cream, milk, peas, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole dish. Mix bread crumbs, cheese and melted butter and sprinkle over casserole. Bake, uncovered, 35 to 40 minutes or until bubbly. |
