JOHNNIE MUSMIE CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
2 lb. ground beef
2 med. onions, chopped
2 tbsp. flour
1 (1 lb. 12 oz.) can tomatoes
2 tbsp. chili powder or 2 tbsp. chili con carne seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. shredded longhorn cheese

Cook noodles as directed on package; drain. Saute beef, onion and green pepper in a large frying pan until beef is lightly browned and vegetables are tender. Drain off fat; add flour and stir. Add tomatoes and seasonings.

Combine noodles with meat sauce and put in a large flat baking dish (approximately 9 x 13 x 2 inches); top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
