JIFFY LASAGNA CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1 c. Ricotta
1 egg, beaten
Salt
6 oz. wide noodles, cooked and drained, divided
2/3 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. Oregano, crushed
2 c. favorite spaghetti sauce

Combine spinach, Ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, Oregano, salt to taste, In round 2-quart microwave-safe dish layer 3/4 cup spaghetti sauce, half of the noodles, half of spinach mixture; repeat layers. Top with mozzarella cheese. Cover with waxed paper; microwave at medium (50%) 15 to 18 minutes or until sauce bubbles and cheese melts. Turn dish one-quarter turn halfway through cooking. Makes 4 to 6 servings.

Microwave spinach at high (100%) 5 minutes to thaw.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
