LASAGNA CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
3/4 c. cottage cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
2 slices Mozzarella cheese
1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls

Brown meat; drain. Add next 9 ingredients and cook 5 minutes. Place in 10 inch baking dish.

Mix egg, cottage cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Spread over meat mixture.

Lay Mozzarella cheese on top.

Unroll dough in one sheet. Place on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 6.
