LASAGNE CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. mini lasagne noodles
1 lb. ground beef, cooked & drained
1 (32 oz.) jar Prego spaghetti sauce
1 (24 oz.) carton cottage cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Cook mini lasagne noodles in medium saucepan according to package directions. Brown ground beef and drain. Add spaghetti sauce and mini noodles to the drained ground beef. Mix beaten eggs, Parmesan cheese, parsley flakes, salt, and oregano together with cottage cheese. In a 9 x 13 inch greased pan, place half the sauce and noodle mixture. Place half the cottage cheese mixture over the sauce. Top this with half the Mozzarella cheese. Place the remaining ingredients in the same order over the first layer. Bake uncovered for one hour at 350 degrees.
