BAKED CABBAGE 
1 sm. head of cabbage
1 sm. onion, chopped
3 c. crackers, crumbled
1/4 c. low fat milk
1 tbsp. low cholesterol butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Wipe inside of Pyrex 2 quart dish with Wesson oil; layer cabbage, onion and crackers - two layers each, salt and pepper. Then pour over heated milk and butter. Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. No cabbage smell when baked.
