CABBAGE BURGER BAKE 
1 sm. head cabbage
6 slices bacon
1 med. onion, 1/2 cup chopped
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 tsp. salt
1 can Ragu spaghetti sauce #2 size
3 1/2 c. water
1 c. rice (Italian Rose Maria Orzo)

Shred cabbage spread 1/2 in greased 13x9x2 pan. Saute bacon just so fat starts to cook out, remove and set aside. Stir onion and rice into dripping and cook until rice starts to brown. Stir constantly. Spoon this over shredded cabbage in pan. Put hamburger in same fat in frying pan and fry until light brown. Now spoon this over the mixture. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with remaining half of cabbage. Take jar of Ragu sauce and put in fry pan. Add 3 1/2 cups water bring to boil. Pour over cabbage. Place bacon on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Cover with foil.
