PASTA SALAD 
2 med. tomatoes, cut
4 1/2 c. cooked pasta spirals
1 tbsp. olive oil
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, cut in bite-size
1/2 c. pepperoni, cut in strips
1/2 c. frozen peas, thawed
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Toss well. Cover with Italian dressing. Makes 8 servings.
