PARSLEY POTATOES | |
3 med. potatoes 2 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley Pare potatoes. Cut into 3/4 inch cubes. Put in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish with 1/4 cup water. Cover with plastic wrap. Cook on high 7 to 9 minutes or until potatoes are soft. Stir once during cooking. Sprinkle with parsley and dot with butter. Serves 4. |
