1 lb. meat loaf

FILLINGS:

Olives
Cheese chunks
Pickle chunks
Pineapple
Tomato chunks
Mushrooms

Make 1 pound into favorite style meat loaf. Fill cupcake pans halfway with mixture. Top with any one of a variety of fillings. Top with remaining meat loaf mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. Even finicky eaters will hurry to see what the surprise in the center might be.
