WORKING MOM'S FAST AND EASY
PEPPERED STEAK
 
Thin slices of beef (chicken, shrimp, or pork can be used)
Onion
Pepper (green)
butter
Soy sauce
Instant rice (brown wild rice adds flavor)

Saute beef in large skillet with butter and Soy sauce. After brown and tender, add large chunks of onion and green pepper. Prepare instant rice while beef is browning. Serve together.

This is absolutely excellent. I live alone & this is often my "go to" - to fix a fast meal. I occasionally add a clove of garlic when onion/green pepper are added. I often also use only 2-3 slices of beef steak ems' for even faster...
