3 c. flour, sifted
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. vanilla
10 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 c. cold water
2 c. nuts, chopped

Sift together all dry ingredients, add nuts. Add all liquid and mix well. Grease cake pan. Pour mixture into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
