RUTH'S GLORIOUS FROZEN SALAD 
9-inch square pan
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
1 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
2 bananas, sliced in med. pieces
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed, juice and all

Cream cheese and sugar together well. Add crushed pineapple and remaining ingredients, mixing well. Place in pan and freeze. Let salad set out of freezer 10-15 minutes before serving; makes it easier to cut. Can be served on lettuce greens or as dessert! We like this best without nuts.
