FROZEN PUDDING SANDWICHES 
1 packet BLAIR pie mix (any flavor), prepared & cooled
1 c. non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
24 graham cracker squares

Fold whipped topping into prepared BLAIR pie mix. Spread pudding about 1/2 inch thick on 12 of the graham cracker squares. Top with remaining squares, pressing lightly and smoothing around edges with a spatula. Freeze until firm, about 3 hours. Sandwiches can be wrapped individually and stored in freezer.
