FROZEN PEANUT BUTTER DELIGHTS | |
1/4 c. smooth peanut butter 3/4 c. cold milk 1/2 (3 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding (approx. 1/4 c.) 6 graham crackers (broken in half so they are square) 1. Place the peanut butter in the small mixing bowl and slowly pour in the milk while mixing at slow speed. Scrape the side and bottom of the bowl to make sure all of the peanut butter gets mixed in. 2. Add the 1/2 box of instant pudding. Beat at the lowest speed for about 2 minutes. Let the mixture sets up for 5 minutes. 3. Spread the filling 1/2" thick on 6 of the graham cracker squares. Cover with the remaining 6 crackers. Freeze until firm, about 3 hours. |
