SALMON PATTIES 
1 3/4 c. flaked cooked salmon
Salt & pepper
Eggs
1 c. thick white sauce
Bread crumbs

Combine salmon, white sauce and seasonings. Chill and shape. Roll in fine crumbs then in egg, and again in crumbs and fry in hot deep fat 3 to 5 minutes, drain.
