DELICIOUS SALMON PATTIES 
1 can salmon, drained (save juice)
1 egg
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped onion

Mix all ingredients. Mixture will be thick. To salmon juice add 1 heaping teaspoon of baking powder. Stir with a fork until foamy. Add to other mixture. Drop by spoonful in oil heated in frying pan. Brown on both sides.
