SHRIMP AND PEA SALAD 
1/2 lb. fresh shrimp
1 pkg. (10 oz.) tiny frozen peas, cooked & chilled
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds
1/2 c. chopped black olives

Salad: Mix shrimp, vegetables, almonds and olives together. Add dressing. Serves 5-6.

DRESSING:

3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Combine and mix well.
