LEMON PUDDING SQUARES 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix together and pat into bottom of ungreased pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches. Pat very thinly and even. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

In a mixing bowl, combine: 8 oz. cream cheese 1 c. confectioners' sugar

Beat until creamy. Spread over cooled crust. Cook 2 packages of lemon pudding (not instant) as directed. When cool, spread over cream cheese mixture. Whip 1/2 pint heavy cream, 1 teaspoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Spread over pudding and chill. Enjoy!
