CARAMEL CORN IN A BAG 
1 lg. brown bag
4 qts. popped corn
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

In 1-quart saucepan, mix brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt. Bring to boil; boil 2 minutes. Add baking soda (it will be foamy). Pour over popcorn in bag. Shake well. Microwave 1 1/2 minutes on High. Shake well; microwave 1 minute on High. Shake well. Pour into greased foil or waxed paper.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
