NANA & NONNO'S MEATBALLS 
1 lb. lean hamburger
2 eggs
1/4 c. grated Romano cheese
1/3 c. bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. parsley
Dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients together. Roll into balls. Broil on high for about 10 minutes or until brown. Turn them over and broil on low if possible for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Test inside for doneness. Great in spaghetti sauce or plain.
