NANA ANGIE'S SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 lb. meat (cubed beef, pork, chicken, etc.) or meatballs
2 lg. cans tomatoes
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 lg. chopped onion
2 cloves chopped garlic
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. sweet basil
2 tsp. sugar
Salt and pepper
Mushrooms (optional)
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning

Brown meat, saute onion, garlic and parsley. Add tomato products and fill cans of tomato sauce and paste with water and add, along with rest of ingredients. Let come to boil and immediately turn down. Simmer approximately 3 hours. Serves 8 people.
