NANA ANGIE'S ITALIAN MEATBALLS | |
2 lbs. lean ground beef 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese 2 eggs, beaten 6 slices bread, soaked in water 1/2 tsp. powdered garlic or fresh equivalent 1 tbsp. chopped parsley Salt and pepper to taste Squeeze water from bread and crumble into small pea size. Combine all ingredients and form into meatballs. Brown well and add to spaghetti sauce during first hour of cooking. Simmer in spaghetti sauce at least 2 hours. Makes approximately 40 meatballs. |
