ITALIAN MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground chuck
1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
2/3 c. minced onion
4 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 slightly beaten eggs
Enough water to hold together

Mix all together, shape into balls and brown on all sides. Add to sauce and cook 1 hour. Makes 36 meatballs.
