SCRUM-PO-SHUS CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn with 1/2 of the liquid drained off
1 c. sour cream
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. butter
1 sm. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 c. sharp cheese

Mix all ingredients together and bake in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle 1 cup grated sharp cheese on top and bake another 15 minutes, maybe. (Watch it!)
