BROCCOLI FISH BAKE 
1 c. sour cream
1 c. Miracle Whip
1 tbsp. dried onions
2 tsp. lemon-garlic pepper seasoning
1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
1 tbsp. celery flakes
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
2 tsp. lemon juice
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper
20 oz. broccoli cuts
3 tbsp. liquid butter
2 tbsp. lemon juice
6-8 fillets walleye
1/4 c. bread crumbs

Mix first 10 ingredients and set aside. Spread broccoli in shallow casserole dish and drizzle with 2 tablespoons butter and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Layer fillets on broccoli, then spread the sour cream mixture. Top with sprinkled bread crumbs and remaining butter and lemon juice. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, uncovered an additional 15 minutes until brown.
