1 lb. hot pork sausage 1 lb. lean hamburger 1 lb. Velveeta cheese 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. oregano Salt to taste 2 pkg. sm. party rye loaves Brown the meat and drain well. Add seasoning, slice on cheese and cook over low heat until cheese is melted and mixed well with meat. Spread on party rye thin to cover the whole slice. Freeze on cookie sheets. Then store in plastic bags until ready for use. Take out whatever amount needed and heat on cookie sheet for 15-20 minutes in 350 degree oven. |
