ORANGE ROLLS 
1 1/4 c. milk, scalded
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 eggs, well beaten
1/4 c. orange juice, fresh
2 tbsp. grated orange peel
5 c. flour

Combine milk, butter, sugar and salt. Cool to lukewarm. Soften yeast in this mixture. Add egg, orange juice and peel; beat well. Add flour. Mix to a soft dough. Cover and let stand 10 minutes. Knead on lightly floured surface for 10 minutes.

Place in greased bowl, let rise 3 1/2 hours. Punch down twice during this time. Roll out and cut into 1/2 x 8 inch strips. Tie into knots and place on greased cookie sheet. Let rise for 1 1/2 hours. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 15 minutes. Drizzle with icing.

ICING:

2 tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1 c. powdered sugar
