1 lb. can evaporated milk
2 c. sugar
3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine evaporated milk, sugar and chocolate. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook 5 minutes, stirring briskly. Remove from heat; add 1 teaspoon vanilla and beat with whip for 1 minute (chocolate blends in at end). Not recommended for microwave.
