SHRIMP & RICE CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. onion
butter
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed & drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 c. sliced water chestnuts
Buttered bread crumbs
2 c. cooked rice
3 c. cooked shrimp

Saute celery and onion in butter. Combine with broccoli, salt, soup, cheese, water chestnuts, rice and shrimp. Bake in 2 quart casserole 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Note: You can vary amounts of ingredients according to taste and availability.

Option: Use 10 ounce frozen shrimp and package of frozen, chopped imitation crab.
