HEAVENLY HOT FUDGE SAUCE 
1/2 c. butter
2 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 2/3 c. evaporated milk (1 can)
4 (1 oz.) sq. baking chocolate (I use substitute given on Hershey's cocoa)

Place all ingredients except milk in top of double boiler, stirring occasionally until melted well together. Slowly add milk, stirring all the time. Cook at least 10 minutes until thick as desired. Store in refrigerator. Delicious hot or cold for ice cream or dessert topping. Also great served with cheese cake.
