DUTCH APPLE PIE 
6 med. apples
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves (ground)
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
Pie crust

Mix flour, sugar and cloves together. Add sour cream and mix thoroughly. Pour mixture over apples in unbaked pie crust. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over top. Bake 450 degrees for 10 minutes then 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve warm or chilled.
