LINDA'S SALMON PATTIES | |
I've tried Thousand Island dressing and it is OK - but good ol' Ranch is the best! Jazz it up to suit your taste. 1 (15 oz.) can salmon, drained 1/2 to 3/4 sleeve saltines, loosely crushed 1/2 cup Ranch dressing (HIDDEN VALLEY®) Drain salmon, remove skin and bones. Reserve some of the liquid, I usually put in separate container. Lightly flake salmon with a fork and add crushed crackers and Ranch dressing. Mix well and form into patties. Patties can be baked or fried until browned to the degree you desire. Note: This can also be served as a spread for bread or crackers just as easily, as it does not contain eggs.
