GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) can French style green beans, drained
1 (11 oz.) can Shoe Peg white corn, drained
1 onion, diced fine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. carton sour cream
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Mix together and pour in casserole.

TOPPING:

1 stick butter, melted
1 stick Ritz crackers, crushed

Mix well and spread over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until bubbly.
