FRENCH GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen green beans OR
2 cans green beans, drained
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can onion rings, to top

This casserole is best made with French style cut green beans. If using frozen, cook according to package directions.

Mix beans, mushroom soup, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper together in a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Top with French fried onion rings, crushed potato chips, or flavored bread crumbs.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or until sauce is bubbly. Yields 4 servings.
